This policy explains what personal data Vanguard Agency collects through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have over it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

What we collect

When you send an application through our form, we collect:

• your name
• your Instagram handle
• your follower range
• your city
• anything you choose to write in the message field

We may also look at the public content of the Instagram account you give us, since reviewing it is the point of the application.

Our hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security. [STATE HERE WHETHER YOU USE ANALYTICS OR COOKIES, AND WHICH ONES.]

Why we use it

• To review your application and decide whether we can work together.
• To contact you about your application, by Instagram message or email.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the steps needed before a possible management agreement with you. We never sell your data and we never use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Only the Vanguard team handling applications. We use a small number of service providers to run this site and receive form submissions (our website host, Netlify, and the form service that forwards applications to our inbox, FormSubmit). They process data only on our instructions. If any of them store data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If we don't move forward together, we delete your application after [X MONTHS]. If we do, your data becomes part of our working relationship and is covered by your management agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• access the data we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• restrict or object to how we use it
• receive a copy of it in a portable format
• withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before

Write to team@vanguardmanagement.fr and we'll answer within one month. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL at cnil.fr).

If you live in the United States

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. Depending on your state (for example California, under the CCPA), you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we collect and how we use it
• ask us to delete it
• ask us to correct it
• not be treated differently for using these rights

To make a request, email team@vanguardmanagement.fr. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

Age

Applications are open to people aged 18 and over only. If we learn we have received data from someone younger, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
